Q: I forgot my account password. What should I do?

A: Click on the 'Forgot password' to reset your password. We will send you an email to reset your password.

Q: How do I change my password?

A: You can change your password when you are logged into your account by going to My Account > Account settings. Your will need to enter your old password, your new password, and confirm your new password.

Q: How do I give suggestions or complains to KPop Fever Shop?

A: You can give us your suggestions and file complains by filling out our contact form here. We take all your reviews and complains seriously.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: When you order with us, you will receive an email containing your tracking number when your order is sent out. You can track your orders here.

Q: When will you send out my order?

A: We will send out your orders within 3 working days.

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Your order will take a number of days to reach you, depending on where you are located. The maximum time an order takes to reach you should be 60 days. If you do not receive your order by then, please contact us at [email protected]

Q: Help! My tracking number says no information available!

A: The tracking company may take up to 3 working days to make the tracking information available. Please check back in a while.

Q: My order is shown as delivered, but I did not receive my package.

A: Please ensure that you entered the correct tracking number. Otherwise, please check with your neighbour, family or friends if they have picked up your package for you. Check that you have entered the correct phone number and address for your order.

Q: What payment modes do you accept?

A: We accept Paypal, Amex, Mastercard and Visa.

Q: What currency do you charge in?

A: We charge our orders in USD. Your payment provider will change it to your local currency when you pay.

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: We ship worldwide to all countries.

Q: What shipping provider do you use?

A: You decide who your shipping provider is going to be! We provide flexibility for you for shipping based on your choice.

Q: Does shipping cover any custom fee?

A: We do not cover any custom fees incurred, you are responsible for any custom fees when the package arrives in your country.
